The Commentaries on the Laws of New York Real Property is an electronic blog published by the student editors of the New York Real Property Law Journal from St. John’s School of Law. The Commentaries provides discussion and analysis of significant real estate-related legal issues, with special attention to current legislative and caselaw developments at the U.S. federal, New York State and New York City levels.
